Hollywood FAQs: After separating from actor Charlie Sheen, American actress Denise Richards has now adopted a baby girl. The news of the new family member was conveyed by the representative of the ‘Wild Things’ actress.
The new baby will be Denise’s third daughter, as the actress already has two daughters from her previous marriage with Sheen. The representative added that Denise’s daughters, Sam 7 and Lola 5 are more than happy to have the new family member.
Richards and Sheen had got married in the year 2002, after they had worked together in Good Advice and Scary Movie 3. In the year 2006, the actress had filed the formal legal papers for a divorce from Sheen stating that the actor had physically used.
Earlier, the two had tried to get along with each other through marriage counseling, but failed to understand each other. The new baby has been named Eloise Joni by the actress – after her mother’s name. Denise’s mother died in the year 2007 after suffering from cancer. In the year 2008, the actress wanted to include her daughters in her reality series Denise Richards: Its Complicated, while Sheen had described her acts as greedy and exploitative.
