American recording artist, Katy Perry and partner John Mayer have split for the second time. Media reports have claimed that the couple has once again called off their relationship.
But this time it is not likely to be permanent and could even be for the time being. The couple started dating each other last summer and split in the month of August after which they again got back together. This has shown that there seems to be some magnetic effect between the two.
Close friends of the couple said that this seems to be a temporary thing and that they might get back again soon. One of the friends of the couple said, “It’s not over until it’s over. You have to see how things play out.” Another friend had revealed that the singer is leaving the window open and that they both are focusing on work.
At present Perry is currently working on the follow up of ‘Teenage Dream’ while Mayer is busy returning to perform live. John had taken off for a year as he was facing issues with his vocal chords. Mayer is hosting a live Google hangout Sesh on March 21, 2013 and there are doubts that he might repeat some of his past mistakes.
