Pop princess Rihanna is planning on making a big impression with her audiences on her upcoming ‘Diamonds’ tour. The ‘Umbrella’ singer is rumored to be gifting diamond bracelets to VIP’s on her upcoming tour.
According to a source, apart from the bracelets, the ‘Pon de Replay’ singer will also be decorating her microphones and their stands with diamonds. The source went on to reveal that the singer wanted the tour to be an unforgettable experience for the audience and that is the reason she is going all-out with the stage décor.
Rihanna’s management is allegedly not supporting her decision to use diamonds on-stage, and as a result, the ‘Shut Up and Drive’ singer will be paying for the setup out of her own pockets. If rumors are true, it will set the singer back quite a few thousand dollars, however with the fame that the star has generated in the past few years, this may not be a major issue.
Rihanna, more often than not, is in the news for her personal life, and her links to ex-boyfriend Chris Brown. Rihanna’s relationship notoriously turned ugly in 2009, when Brown assaulted the singer and was charged for assault and making criminal threats.
The 24-year-old singer will start her Diamonds tour in 2013, in support of her upcoming album ‘Unapologetic’.
