Hollywood FAQs: It is now official that Hollywood couple Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher are soon to be officially separated. But now, both have to decide on who gets what during their fight for the divorce.
Moore and Kutcher tied the knot in the year 2005 and then signed a pre-nuptial agreement before the wedding. According the pre-nuptial agreement, Moore could end up receiving some of the Kutcher’s fortune.
In the year 2005, the “GI Jane’ actress was the highest earning person in her then relationship, with more than $150 million in her name. In Moore’s earlier divorce settlement, the actress received $80 million as settlement from her ex-husband Bruce Willis. Moreover, the actress was making $20 million per movie at the time as she was at the height of her filming career. But now the scene has completely changed.
According to an analyst of Forbes, the earnings of Moore were put in the $5 million range in the year 2011. On the other hand, Kutcher, who stars in the popular TV series ‘Two And A Half Men’, earns approx. $7 million in a year for the show alone. The earnings of Kutcher are excluding all the earnings received from the commercials. Last week, it was disclosed that Moore has decided to call off her marriage with Ashton. Ashton and Moore have been married for six years and that she took the decision with great difficulty and sadness.
Problems started arising in Ashton and Moore’s relationship after reports of Ashton being away from his wife on the day of his wedding anniversary surfaced. It was also reported that Kutcher was being unfaithful in marriage and had a one-night stand with a younger woman. With the pre-nuptial agreement, there are chances that Kutcher might not have to worry his earnings. Reports say that Moore is at present furious and could give Kutcher a bitter fight as he has broken her heart.
