The makers of HBO’s Game Of Thrones have been teasing viewers endlessly on the upcoming Season 7 of the hit series. After hosting a Facebook Live video to reveal the premiere date of the sage of Westeros, they’ve also started releasing short clips in the form of official trailers.
The latest trailer for Game Of Thrones Season 7 shows the newly proclaimed three kings of Westeros. Queen of the Seven Kingdoms and Protector of the Seven Realms, Cercei Lannister has acquired the Iron Throne – still considered to be the most powerful. Up in the North, Jon Snow sits his rightful seat as the King in the North, ruling Winterfell and the lands below the Wall. And finally, Daenerys Targaryen, who has finally found her place at Dragonstone. But there is one enemy with familiar icy blue eyes that threatens them all.

To keep you up to step about what’s to come, we will need to rewind what exactly happened in Season 6. We were left with Cercei Lannister killing her enemies with wildlife. Her predecessor, King Tommen killed himself after the death of his wife. Without any opposition, Cercei usurped the Iron Throne, the Mountain on her side. Her enemies still lurk in the south, the Tyrells and the Martells, who are plotting her decline.
In the North, viewers got to know that Jon Snow is, in fact, half Stark and have Targaryen. He was declared the King in the North by Lyanna Mormont and now rules out of Winterfell, his direwolf, Ghost at his side. His biggest fear are the White Walkers that threaten to make their way south of the Wall.
From the Free Cities where she once was exiled, Daenerys Targaryen has seized her power through her three beloved dragons. She now crosses the seas to reclaim her rightful place as Queen of the Seven Kingdoms upon the Iron Throne. She is accompanied by Tyrion Lannister and Varys.
The leaks of the plot of the upcoming last two seasons of Game Of Thrones has already been out there for a while. Yet, fans are eager to see how this game will take place before our very eyes. We must remember the adage from the Faceless Men: Valar Morghulis – All Men Must Die. We know that everyone, from Cercei to Jon to Daenerys, are in the end, mere mortals. But there is one with an army of the Undead – the Night King.
