Are rumors really to be believed, or not? Sometimes they turn true, but for all princess hopefuls, let’s hope this one is just that – a rumor. According to The Sunday Express, Prince Harry and Suits actress Meghan Markle, who plays Rachel Zane on the show, are dating. Apparently the two met in Canada when the Royal heir visited to promote the 2017 Invictus Games. The actress was also in the country filming the drama series.
A “source” told the British newspaper that the Prince is besotted with the American actress, even though they are taking things really slow at the moment. “He’s happier than he’s been for many years,” the source said. Love does that to you, it seems.
“They are taking each week as it comes and just enjoying each other’s company but it’s fair to say that they love seeing each other and there’s definitely chemistry between them. Harry has been desperate to keep the relationship quiet because he doesn’t want to scare Meghan off. He knows things will change when their romance is public knowledge but he also knows he can’t keep it a secret for long.”
“It’s too early to say if the relationship will lead to anything long-term but who knows? At the moment they are just taking it a step at a time and seeing how things develop.”
In the past, Prince Harry, 32, has dated a number of high-flying young ladies who are heiresses to their own dynasties, including Chelsy Davy, who he reportedly dated for five years and later Cressida Bonas, though they amicably parted ways.
Meghan Markle, 35, has had one major failed relationship with Trevor Engelson who she married in 2011 and divorced in 2013. The star visited London this past summer and stayed at Kensington Palace. It is also rumored that she has met Prince William and Kate Middleton. This could get serious, y’all!
