This is amazing news for the Red Oaks fans out there, the second season will kick-off on November 11, 2016 and will air on Amazon Prime. Don’t expect any body swaps on the second season but you should definitely look out for the bachelor party road trip.
I know it hasn’t been easy for you since Amazon announced the renewal of a second season on December 2015. Now, ten months later, give or take, the series is coming back and most of you can’t wait for the second season to begin.

Red Oaks is set in the 1980s and revolves around the life of Dennis Myers. Myers is an amateur tennis player who discovers the wealthy and luxurious world of the elite while working in the Red Oaks Country Club.
The first season started in the summer of 1985, where 20 year old Myers takes a job at the country club. In the first season, as you may have seen, Myers gets pulled in different directions by his parents and co-workers regarding his future.
The body swap episode was the highlight of season one; I know you agree with me on this one, right? Most of you were caught unawares when Craig Roberts and Richard Kinds’ characters swapped bodies, don’t pretend you weren’t. This episode was definitely among the best shows of 2015.
You should expect the second season to expand from a workplace into the real world. It might sound a bit cliché but the creators are labeling the second season as the coming of age, for the series and for everyone.
The second season of Red Oaks will emphasize on the characters as they decide on what to do for the rest of their lives. Its a coming of age show for everyone.
