American singer, Nick Carter better known as the member of the pop group Backstreet Boys, has been arrested for being involved in a fight at a bar in Florida. Carter was arrested and taken in to custody on January 14, 2016.
Reports say that the 35 year old singer was seen getting involved in some issue inside the bar and was arrested after the cops investigated. The details about what happened at the bar were not revealed but Carter’s charge has been listed as ‘touch or strike’.
The arrest of the star has come just a few months after the announcement that he and his wife Lauren Kitt are expecting their first child. The news was shared on ‘Dancing WithThe Stars’ in which Carter had finished at the second place. The couple had then released a statement, “My wife and I are happy to personally announce that we are pregnant. It has been our dream to have a family together and we cannot wait to welcome our first child into the world.”
However, this is not the first time Nick has got in to such problems. The singer was earlier arrested for a brawl in a nightclub in 2002 and was also arrested on a DUI charge in 2005.
