A new year always brings with it awards season in Hollywood, and this time around it started with a bang at the 73rd Golden Globes.
It was an eventful evening, hosted by British comedian Ricky Gervais, who applauded as well as poked fun at everyone from now infamous Bill Cosby to Presidential candidate, Donald Trump.
One of the highlights of the show was when Eva Longoria and America Ferrera, both Latin American actresses came on stage as presenters and smoothly made a joke of how Hollywood confuses one actress for another. Check it out by clicking HERE.
Another viral trending topic for the award night was when Lady Gaga was walking to the stage to accept her award for her outstanding performance in American Horror Story and accidentally brushed past Leonardo DiCaprio. His reaction was one of shock at the unexpected brushing, but the internet went into a frenzy. Catch that moment, including Gaga’s speech by clicking HERE.
Check out the entire list of winners for the night, that included Denzel Washington getting the Cecille B. DeMille Lifetime Achievement Award for his contribution to cinema.
