Hollywood FAQs: American actress Jenna Fischer, popularly known for her character as Pam Beesly in the series ‘The Office’, is expecting her first child with husband Lee Kirk. The actress had earlier expressed her string desire to have her kids and seems like her she is finally getting what she wished for so long.
The news of Jenna’s pregnancy was confirmed by her representative on Friday. Jenna had longed to have her own babies after she had bonded along with the twins on the sets of The Office, who had played the characters of her onscreen child. The actress was very fond of the babies and had even said that they had got the cutest babies in town for the role.
Jenna and Kirk had got engaged while holidaying in Europe in the year 2009. The couple then got married last year in July.
After having some pretty good experience as an onscreen mom, seems like the actress has enough practice. Jenna was earlier married to James Gunn, whom she had met after she had graduated from Truman State. The two got married in 2000, but seven years later, the actress had announced her separation during a radio interview for the publicity of The Promotion.
The news of Jenna’s engagement was reported by People Magazine in 2009.
