American hip hop singer Lil Wayne has once again landed in hospital after suffering another seizure on April 30, 2013. The rapper, who earlier claimed that he was epileptic, was treated on Tuesday night and was discharged on Wednesday morning.
Wayne was admitted to the Cedars Sinai Medical Centre in Los Angeles, after he experienced a single seizure. The singer assured his fans in Twitter that he is fine after he was discharged.
Wayne Tweeted, “I’m fine. Thank u”, to his 11,000 plus followers. On the other hand, a representative of the rapper was not immediately available for comment. In the month of March 2013, the ‘Love Me’ singer reportedly almost died as he suffered from several seizures and spent six days in intensive care unit at Cedars.
From then on, Wayne revealed that he was epileptic and had been suffering from seizures since his childhood. While talking in an interview the singer said, “The reason being for the seizures is just plain stress, no rest, overworking myself. That’s just typical me, though”. Meanwhile the ‘Carter’ singer is preparing for tour, playing a slew of dates from July 9, 2013 and his America’s Most Wanted Tour will be concluding on September 1, 2013 in Irvine.
