American country music singer Blake Shelton is looking forward to officiate Kelly Clarkson’s wedding with Brandon Blackstock. Blackstock also happens to be his manager. Clarkson, at the ACM Awards which held on April 7, 2013 in Las Vegas, said that Shelton will be presiding over the wedding.
Nancy O’Dell said that ‘The Voice’ Judge is also going to be performing at a ceremony for one of the Pistol Annies, which is wife Miranda Lambert’s band. Clarkson, on Twitter said, “So I’m about to rehearse on stage for the ACM’s tonight and all of a sudden I find out Trisha freaking Yearwood is introducing me and I act like a total kid and freak out and am grinning from ear to ear and so flustered”.
The ‘Miss Independant’ singer also tweeted about how she ran into George Strait and Garth Brooks. She went on to exclaim that she had a great day with the stars that she looked up to. Clarkson had excitedly announced about her engagement to Blackstock earlier through twitter.
The singer had announced her wedding with a simple tweet and a picture of her with a canary yellow diamond ring. Kelly rose to fame on the talent show ‘American Idol’ and then went on to achieve mainstream singing success.
