Justin Timberlake is now a well-known American singer and song writer, who became commercially successful with his two solo albums – Justified (2002) and Future Sex/Love Sounds(2006). Now the singer will be collaborating with Mumford and Sons’ frontman Marcus Mumford, to record a song for the movie ’Inside Llewyn Davis’.
According to popular reports, Timberlake would be seen sharing screen space with Carey Mulligan, who is the wife of Marcus. ‘Inside Llewyn Davis revolves around the life of a folk icon Dan Van Ronk, who was a singer and a song writer, trying to revolutionize New York’s folk music scene in the 1960’s.
Timberlake was reportedly very happy to work with Marcus and said there could not have been a better opportunity. When asked whether Justin would like to work with the Mumford and Sons singer in the future, he responded in the affirmative.
The ‘Sexyback’ singer believes the movie would do well because it had quality content and the music they created was fantastic. The ‘Cry Me A River’ singer plays Jim Berkey, husband of Jean, who is also the love interest of Davis, played by Mulligan. The year 2013 is set to be a big one for Timberlake, as he recently got married and is also making a comeback to the world of music.
