Ashton Kutcher has finally decided to file for divorce against his former love Demi Moore on December 21, 2012. Kutcher had seperated from Moore around thirteen months ago on the back of rumors that the ‘Two and A Half Men’ actor had cheated on the ‘Ghost’ actress.

According to popular reports, Kutcher waited for over a year for Moore to file for divorce first, but since the filing never came, Ashton finally made his move. The papers were filed at a Los Angeles County Superior Court and the reason for the divorce was stated as irreconcilable differences.
Sources from the industry say that the ‘G.I. Jane’ actress had originally said that she would file for divorce in November, 2011, but never put her papers in. This caused the estranged couple to drift on for a while without either side taking the initiative to being a legal end to the troubled relationship.
The 34-year-old Kutcher married the 50-year-old Moore in September 2005. It was a well-known fact that the two celebrities had a 16-year age difference, but they appeared to hold things together for a while at first. They do not have any children from the marriage.
Ashton has been dating Mila Kunis of late, who was his co-star on ‘That ’70’s show’, early on in their careers.
