The X Factor saw another round of shocking eliminations, as two acts met their end on the show. Thursday November 29, 2012, saw an epic nail biter of an evening, with half the judges teams cut down to one team member each.
Simon Cowell showcased the nasty side of his personality that he is famous for, as he attacked fellow judge Demi Lovato throughout the evening. CeCe Frey was a victim of Cowell’s negativity as he was asked to pack his bags by the Brit judge. Even L.A Reid tended to agree, but America did not, as the former postal worker was voted safely into 5th position.
Lovato’s Young Adults’ Paige Thomas put in the performance of her life, but was eliminated from the show; which goes to show that voting can be unpredictable. Thomas was not too disappointed though, as her 3-year-old daughter has already got a modeling contract due to the time the singer spent in California.
Vino Alan, who is part of L.A Reid’s Over 25’s put in a great showing with Ray Montagne’s song Trouble. Unfortunately for the 40-year-old, Spears and Lovato were not too convinced with his vocals and he was sent home as well.
Ke$ha and the show’s last winner Melanie Amaro will be getting on stage for next week’s episode, with only CeCe Frey, Fifth Harmony, Diamond White, Emblem3, Carly Rose Sonenclar and Tate Stevens left to battle it out for the top prize.
