American footballer Donald Driver was named as the winner of the 14th season of the dancing reality show ‘Dancing With The Stars’. But the win was definitely bit surprising one as the footballer started to pick up in the recent weeks.
Driver impressed the judges on May 21, 2012 with an amazing free style featuring music by rapping Cowboy Troy. The past is a witness as the athletes are known to so extremely well on the show.
Donald has become the third footballer to win the show. With the magnificent win, the show also got one of the best reactions. As soon as Tom Bergeron announced Donald and his partner Peta Murgatroyd as the winners of the show, Donald started running around the ballroom and joyfully rolled on the floor.
Just moments later the announcement, the player was surrounded with his family members and classmates as the confetti showered on the dance floor. The footballer pushed classical singer Katherine Jenkins to the second place, who were the judges favourite and consistently score highest points throughout the season with partner Mark Ballas. The third place in the competition was secured by William Levy the dreamy telenovela star, who was responsible for the maximum screams in the ballroom.
