Big news in the Kardashian klan! Apparently, the surrogate hired to carry Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s child is happily pregnant! The happy news broke out after tabloids heard the whispers coming from sources that the reality star was expecting another child with the rapper, though she was not pregnant herself. A few months ago, on Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kim had said that she wanted more children, but that she was told by her doctors that that would not be possible unless it was done through a surrogate. Her dreams seem to be coming true.
Kim Kardashian had difficulty conceiving her first child, daughter North West when she first got pregnant, over five years ago. And when her second son, Saint West was being born, she was told that she suffered from placenta accreta, a condition that causes the placenta to stick to the uterine wall. This resulted in a painful birthing process. Kim herself had described how doctors had to physically forcefully remove the placenta that caused her unbearable pain and trauma. But she still wanted more children, so her next option was to hire a surrogate, who remains anonymous.
According to the sources, the said surrogate is currently three months pregnant. That means that the new addition to the Kardashian klan will be due sometime in January. A number of affluent families turn to surrogacy if they are unable to birth a child naturally. The process requires a lot of tests, trials and errors, but a healthy child is usually born and the surrogate is compensated to a vast degree during and after the birth.
