Blac Chyna obtains restraining order against Rob Kardashian

This time, another Kardashian member is making the headlines for all the wrong reasons. Rob Kardashian made headlines earlier this week when he posted a series of explicit photos of his ex, Blac Chyna, including a video of her making out with another man. The reality star and his baby mama split a few months ago, but still keep in touch for the sake of their child, Dream. However, any co-parenting plans have come to an abrupt halt, since Chyna has obtained a temporary restraining order against Kardashian.

California has some strict laws against “revenge porn” that hopes to prevent salty exes from posting any explicit photos or texts on public forums. The call-out by Kardashian towards Chyna prompted her to seek legal advice, and now Rob will not be allowed to see her, talk to her or even meet his child, Dream. Blac Chyna’s lawyer, Lisa Bloom said in a statement  to the press after the issue of the restraining order: “I am very proud to represent Blac Chyna as she stands up for her rights as a woman and as a mother against her ex, Rob Kardashian. Yesterday Chyna retained me, and today we filed for a temporary restraining order to protect her rights. Mr. Kardashian, you are now on notice: revenge porn is illegal. Cyberbullying your ex is harassment. Chyna ended your relationship months ago and she has the right to live as she chooses, work as she chooses, dress as she chooses, date who she chooses, and be intimate with who she chooses.”

Blac Chyna has alleged that Rob even physically abused her, threatening her and saying he can do what he wants because he is a Kardashian. Rob has also claimed in public that Chyna abuses drugs and alcohol, and is not a good parent to their child. If Rob Kardashian is found guilty he could face six months in prison, as well as be charged a hefty fine.
