The BeyHive were ecstatic when news of the arrival of their twins was widely circulated. After tons of speculation, the names of their twins have finally been revealed! The twins, a girl and a boy, have been named Rumi Carter and Sir Carter respectively! A leading tabloid has said that the couple have already filed the infants’ names under the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Rumi and Sir are the latest additions to the influential Carter family and younger siblings for the couple’s first child, daughter Blue Ivy Carter.

The due date for the impending birth of Bey’s twins were kept private. However, a number of media outlets reported seeing a lot of activity at a local Los Angeles hospital. Jay-Z and Blue Ivy were also reported to have arrived shortly before the birth of the twins. A guest was said to have been spotted with two balloons, a pink and a blue one, that signified the gender of the twins. Beyoncé has been under medical supervision since her previous pregnancies have been difficult. She had even dropped out of her official first appearance at Coachella 2017, and last performed at the Grammy Awards, for which she was nominated under several categories for her path-breaking album, Lemonade.

Husband and rap mogul Jay-Z dropped his 13th studio album, 4:44 on June 30. The album is said to contain songs that delve into the cheating allegations that almost ended the famous union. After a number of miscarriages, Beyoncé was finally able to give birth to Blue Ivy and now to her precious double bundles of joy. The couple faced a rough patch after a video was circulated of Beyoncé’s sister, Solange getting into fisticuffs with Jay-Z in an elevator.

The Carter family are now said to be staying in a $400,000 rental home shortly after the birth of their twins. No official comment has come from either Jay-Z or Beyoncé at the moment.
