Greatest Of All Time, Serena Williams, is going to be a mother! The tennis champion and beauty shared her protruding baby bump on her Snapchat account, and captioned it saying she is at 20 weeks! It looks like the tennis pro has kept it under wraps, but can now show it off to the world because she’s crossed the risky 3 months mark.
It was in December last year that Serena (35) revealed she was engaged to her man, co-founder of Reddit, Alexis Ohanian (33). She did this by posting a poem on, would you believe it Reddit. The two have been together for a while now, and he apparently had popped the question after whisking away his to-be bride to Rome for a romantic dinner. They are usually extremely private about their relationship, but since Serena is such a mega star, it would just be a matter of time before she was candidly snapped by prying paparazzi. it was a good move on her part to reveal the pregnancy herself.
Serena Williams looked like a glowing goddess as she posed in a yellow bikini with her bump. The couple are currently in Mexico on vacation, so it looks like they’re celebrating the news themselves along with the world.
The official US Tennis Open Twitter page erupted in congratulations to the 23 time Grand Slam winner. The post read: “@serenawilliams will have a new pride & joy to hug and call her own soon! Congratulations on the exciting baby announcement!”
Though Serena Williams has been regularly posting to her Instagram account, she didn’t look like she was suffering from morning sickness, the earliest signs of pregnancy. In fact, when she was probably within the first two months of pregnancy, she defeated elder sister, Venus Williams at the Women’s Singles Match at the Australian Open 2017.
We wish Serena Williams and her fiancé, Alexis Ohanian, a happy and safe pregnancy together!
