Remember when you stayed up late just to get to watch the sizzling red swimsuits of the Baywatch babes? At the time, Pamela Anderson and David Hasselhoff were considered the sexiest lifeguards alive. And thanks to a Hollywood reboot, we get to see a new generation of beach guards make our hearts race and sweat with thirst. Have you yet heard of Baywatch – The movie?
The storyline is of celebrated veteran lifeguard, Mitch Buchannon whose career is threatened by a hotter, younger lifeguard on Baywatch. But they must find a way to work together and save the beach from attack thanks to a crime plot that threatens the very sand and water they work on.

Baywatch is being produced by Paramount Pictures and is directed by Seth Gordon. The movie will have a worldwide release date of May 26, 2017.

To be real, the trailer looks like a bad joke. It is replete with sexual jokes that fall flat. The only saving graces of the beach film are the hot women all garbed in little-to-nothing and the beefed up bodies of Dwayne and Zac. Of course, the franchise itself is solely focused on being a sexual homage to lifesavers. In the ’90s, Baywatch, the series, was one of the most successful shows that ran for late-night television. Not sure what the reboot movie has got in store for audiences. Would you actually go watch it?!
