Superstar Rihanna is carving a cult path in fashion, if her latest collection is anything to go by. Continuing on her super successful collaboration with sports brand, Puma, the pop star is killin’ it on the runway at the ongoing Paris Fashion Week. For her upcoming Fall ’17 line for Fenty x Puma, Rihanna took on rebellious schoolgirls, complete with a varsity theme and a brand new “university” in her name, dubbed as FU – Fenty University.

Fenty x Puma Fall ’17 took place at the iconic The National Library in Paris, France.

The event started off with Rihanna posting an e-invite on Instagram that features a detention card from FU for attendees to make it to her show.

For Fenty’s Class of 2017, models walked a long reading table that doubled as their runway, guided by traditional green reading lamps and surrounded by rows and rows of academic books.

Rihanna gave us a little sneak-peek into what went behind creating and designing the latest edition to her FentyxPuma collaboration, where she says she wanted to put out a number of simplistic pieces that evolved into something more complicated, just as she likes it. She also declared emphatically, “I’ve never been more in love with a collection than this one.”

Models, including Victoria’s Secret Angels like Stella Maxwell, Lily Donaldson and Joan Smalls, walked strutted around on the reading tables like a bunch of bad school girls.

A number of celebrities turned up in support of Rihanna and her work, including British supermodel, Cara Delevingne. She made an appearance on the front row with Nick Jonas, sporting a brand new platinum lob. Seen among the crowd were Hollywood bombshell, Salma Hayek and husband Francis Henry Pinault, along with rapper Future. Rihanna’s family was also front and centre to cheer on their homegirl.

If you want a kickass playlist that goes with your delinquent behavior, then take a page from Rihanna’s show. Songs that played included Radiohead’s Creep, Die Antwoord’s Happy Go Sucky Fucky and I Fink You Freaky, along with MIA’s Bad Girls.

And finally, Rihanna pleased the crowd by taking the final walk, garbed in an oversized neon green coat, major hoop earrings and pulled back hair. Take a bow, Riri!
