Stars to grace A Concert for Sandy Relief to raise funds

Veteran British rock act The Rolling Stones have been added to the concert being called ‘A Concert for Sandy Relief’, to be held on 12-12-12, at Madison Square Garden in New York on December 12, 2012.

The lineup for the show includes Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band, Paul McCartney, Bon Jovi, The Who and many more. The show will be broadcast around the world on the back of various carriers such as Youtube.com, CBS, AMC, Thirteen and HBO. There are also other musicians such as Roger Waters, Chris Martin, Dave Grohl, Billy Joel, Kanya West, Alicia Keys on display.

Celebrities from the movie world will be helping out as well, such as Leonardo DiCaprio, Jimmy Fallon, Sean Combs, Steve Buscemi, Chris Rock, Adam Sandler, Kristen Stewart, Brian Williams and many more.

In a concert promo for the event Bruce Springsteen said that that it was shocking to see the amount of destruction that took place due to super-storm sandy.

The Prudential Center in Newark will witness The Rolling Stones performing live on December 13, 2012 and December 15, 2012, as part of the band’s 50th anniversary celebrations. The show on December 15, 2012, will also be shown on pay-per-view cable, satellite and via telco providers.
