The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show always draws attention around the world as top models are walk the runway in barely-there clothing. This year the show was aired on December 4, 2012, on television and would have probably been watched by over 11 million people from around the world. It was filmed at the Lexington Armory in New York in November, 2012.

The fashion show became famous in the 1990’s as it crashed the website which was hosting it. Now with the show gaining some prominence on television, its producers look to pop stars to bring in some additional viewers. Justin Bieber, Rihanna and Bruno Mars were some of the performers to light up the evening as they sang on the ramp, while the supermodels walked with them.

Miranda Kerr was the highlight of the evening as the Australian model worked the runway with confidence. All Victoria Secret Angels were dressed exquisitely, with Alesandra Ambrosio wearing a USD 2.5 million bra studded with a 20-carat diamond. The bra was one of the talking points of the evening, with other supermodels such as Candice Swanepoel, Erin Heatherton, Adriana Lima, Doutzen Kroes, Lily Aldridge and Lindsay Ellingson all performing well.

Jack Sussmen, who is the Executive Vice President of Specials, Music and Live Events at CBS Entertainment said that they were looking to musicians to boost the shows TRP ratings on television after Justin Timberlake’s success in 2006. He went on to say that the show is watched by more women than men.
