American rapper Lil Wayne might just be one of the most eligible bachelors in the world of music. The young rapper has hinted that he is looking forward to retirement after the release of ‘Tha Carter V’ and is also looking forward to getting hitched in near future.
Wayne was recently cornered by reporters with questions as to when he would like to settle down, to which he said, “Yup. Yeah, man, yup…and happily married too.” While the rapper plans on getting married traditionally, he may do things in a slightly unorthodox manner. In this regard, the singer said, “I’ll probably run down the aisle. I’ll probably slide into the preacher like it was home plate.”
However, this is not the first time the singer has disclosed his intentions to get settled. Even in the month of February,2012, there were reports that the rapper is all set to get engaged, after he tweeted on Valentines Day saying, “She said yes”.
This has also caused many people to speculate that he might have proposed to his girlfriend Dhea. Later the singer clarified that she had said yes to be his valentine. Apart from the would-be wife of the rapper, the fans will not be looking forward to his pending retirement plans. The rapper said that he would give up his mic after the launch of his Carter series and this will leave many of his fans heartbroken.
